The Best Birthday Gift | NH Children’s Photographer

My son Atticus just turned four.  He is a little farm boy through and through.  Of all my sons, he is the most like my father in the sense that he loves to work.  He loves to build things, he loves to move things; and by that I mean moving dirt with tractors, and he loves a good challenge.  Atticus idolizes my dad.

For his birthday this year my dad gave him a day.  A day to ride in a truck,  a day to ride on the tractor,  a day to build something with tools, and most importantly a day with his Papa.  It’s amazing how simple that sounds, and how important, and sometimes difficult it is to do these days.  We are all so busy with our lives and our obligations that it’s hard to take time out to just be with our kids.

My mom took these beautiful pictures and documented their little adventure together.

It was truly a special day and he is a very lucky little boy.

At the end of the day Atti was thrilled to give me a carrying box for my garden tools. He was so proud and so adorable.

These pictures put a smile on my face and warm my heart.  I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Thanks to my parents for always taking the time to make special memories for their grandchildren.  We love you.
